Begin your journey in Cairo and conclude it in Amman! This 7-day tour package, named the Active Adventure tour, will guide you through Cairo, Egypt, and five additional destinations. The package encompasses 7 days and 6 nights, providing accommodation in well-selected hotels, an experienced guide, meals, transportation, and more, ensuring a comprehensive and enriching travel experience in Egypt and Jordan.

Traveler’s responsibilities

Travelers should adhere to the airline regulations regarding luggage allowance and arrive at the airport 3 hours before the flight. Savior Tours does not assume responsibility for any late arrival at the airport, costs, or expenses arising out of personal injury or death.

All travel documents including a valid passport for at least (6) months. If the traveler must get an entry visa to the country of destination, it is the traveler’s responsibility to comply with the country’s regulations.

No responsibility to the travel agency in case of quarantine, war, Government restraints, earthquake, weather, force majeure, car accidents, or problems happening in the host countries or hotels. No refund for the above-mentioned reasons travel insurance is highly recommended to cover these potential cases.

Re-routing: All the sites mentioned in the itinerary will be visited, however, we reserve the right to make any re-arrangements for the sites mentioned in case any situation happens

Itinerary

Day 1Arrive in Cairo

Our representative will meet you at the airport for full service. Transfer to the hotel and give you a briefing about the three days you will spend in Cairo

Day 2The Pyramids Egyptian Museum

Breakfast then the guide will pick you up from the hotel to visit one of the only existing monuments of “The Seven Wonder of the Ancient World”. Visiting the bazaars in the area. Overnight Cairo with a Felucca riding. With the A/C coach, the Egyptologist will pick you up from the hotel for your tour to the Egyptian museum where you will see unique collections of antiquities. Visit Khan El-Khalili, the market of wonderful bazaars that sell handmade crafts that are sold only in this area. Transfer to the airport.

Day 3Citadel & Saqqara

Breakfast, then the guide will pick you up from the hotel to visit the Citadel, the seat of government in Egypt and the residence of its rulers for nearly 700 years from the 13th to the 19th centuries. Its location on a promontory of the Mokattam hills near the center of Cairo commands a strategic position overlooking the city and dominating its skyline. At the time of its construction, it was among the most impressive and ambitious military fortification projects of its time. It is now a preserved historic site, including mosques and museums.

Transfer to the airport.

Day 4Jordan Amman, Jordan, Jerash, Mt Nebo, Madaba

Breakfast at the hotel then transfer to the airport to fly to Amman, Jordan.   

Meet and assist at Jordan airport, to get special treatment (no standing at the customs booth VIP gate). Transfer to Jerash, the well-preserved city of the Roman Empire, often called Pompeii of the East. Initially built by Alexander the Great, the town started to prosper after the Roman conquest and was one of the Decapolis cities in northern Jordan. Visit Hadrian’s Arch, built-in 130 AD to honor the visit of Emperor Hadrian. Passing the Hippodrome offering space for 15,000 spectators, the impressive Forum continues to the Temple of Artemis, which columns are 12 meters high, and each drum weighs 20-40 tons. Other highlights are the Colonnaded.  Overnight: Amman. Dinner at the Hotel

Day 5Petra, Roman Theatre, Royal Tombs, Byzantine church, Temple of Winged Lions

Have breakfast then meet with your guide for a 2-3 hour tour of the rose-red city of Petra. Walk the 1.2km long Siq (chasm) passing shrines, tombs and carvings before exiting to the breathtaking sight of the Treasury. Walk the Street of Facades, passing the Roman Theatre to reach the Royal Tombs. See the Byzantine Church, Temple of the Winged Lions, and Great Temple. At the museum, your tour ends. Spend the rest of the day exploring more of the city or climb to the Monastery and/or High Place of Sacrifice, Dinner at the hotel

Day 6Wadi Rum

Breakfast at the hotel in Petra then drive to Wadi Rum to enjoy the scenery of the magnificent desert and have a 2-hour Safari in a jeep

Day 7Departure

Breakfast at the hotel then transfer to the airport for departure
