Deposit and Final Payment: at the time of booking, customer is supposed to pay $350 per person and can pay the rest of the tour cost on many installments on condition that full amount should be paid 45 days prior to the departure day.
Cancellation Policy: If travelers have to cancel for any reason, following penalties will apply:
- 45 days or more prior to departure – No Penalty
- 22 to 44 days prior to departure: 50% of total tour cost
- Within 21 days prior to departure – 100% of total tour cost

Our responsibilities:
- fulfill the tour in the same standard mentioned in the itinerary.
- We adhere to the includes and excludes mentioned in the itinerary.
- We do NOT assume responsibilities to any damage to or losses property, claims, late arrival at the airport, costs or expenses arising out of personal injury or death.
- We reserve the right to change hotels and cruises listed, by others of the same category without prior notices.
- We bear no responsibilities for any wrongful or negligent act or omission on the part of any of the travel suppliers or their personnel, or any company or person not under our direct control, Sickness, theft, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, war, Government restrains, weather, or any cause beyond our control. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover these potential cases.
- Our agent reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from these tours at any time if we deem their conduct is detrimental to, or incompatible with the interest, harmony, comfort, or welfare of the tour as a whole. A refund will be made covering the unused part of the tour.
Traveler’s responsibilities:
- Valid passport for at least (6)months and if the traveler has to get an entry visa to the country of destination.
- All travel documents.
- Travelers should adhere to the airline regulations pertaining to the luggage allowance.
Re-routing: we reserve the right to make any re-arrangements for the sites mentioned in the itinerary. All the sites mentioned in the itinerary will be visited, otherwise we will refund for the part of the tour we failed to cover.
